TERMS & CONDITIONS – CSVAULT.ORG
Effective Date: February 05, 2026
Welcome to csvault.org (referred to as “we,” “our,” or the “Website”).
The platform is operated by AURAVAULT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16652533, with its registered office located at 5 Merchant Square, London, England, W2 1AY.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
You must be at least 18 years old—or the legal age of majority in your location—to access the Website or make purchases. We may require identity or age verification (including KYC procedures). Supplying false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
By using the Website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering binding agreements.
If you are accessing the Website on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Geographical Restrictions
Our Website is accessible in most countries except those subject to international sanctions.
Certain jurisdictions may impose additional compliance requirements. By continuing to access our services, you confirm that doing so does not violate the laws applicable to you.
2. ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Csvault.org operates as an online marketplace that enables users to buy, resell, and receive gaming skins and other digital items distributed through Steam trade offers.
Once a purchase is finalised, the selected items will be delivered to the Steam account associated with your user profile.
We do not create or modify any digital items; we simply provide the platform that facilitates their exchange.
All payments are securely processed through authorised third-party payment partners.
3. ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY
Accounts are accessed exclusively through Steam’s authentication system.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile up-to-date at all times.
You are responsible for the safety and confidentiality of your login details and for all activity occurring under your account.
We may suspend or permanently close accounts that breach these Terms or exhibit fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behaviour.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT TERMS
By submitting an order, you agree to pay the final price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees.
Accepted payment options are displayed during checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other authorised services).
Payments are processed by licensed third-party providers who comply with PCI DSS requirements. AURAVAULT LTD does not store or manage customer funds.
Using stolen, unauthorised, or compromised payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in cancelled orders and potential reporting to law enforcement.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud or pricing inaccuracies.
Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and may be revised at any time without notice.
5. ITEM DELIVERY
After your payment has been verified, your purchased items will be sent via a Steam trade offer.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect trade links, Steam account issues, or any restrictions on your side.
Most items are delivered within seven days. In rare cases, delivery may take up to fourteen days. If delays exceed this timeframe, you may request a refund or alternative delivery without additional charge.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing a valid Steam trade URL.
Ensuring Steam Guard and the Mobile Authenticator are active if required.
Keeping your Steam account fully trade-eligible (no trade bans, regional locks, inventory restrictions, or privacy configurations blocking trades).
6. SELLING ITEMS – MARKETPLACE & PAYOUT CONDITIONS
By listing items for sale on csvault.org, you agree to the following rules:
6.1. Listing & Approval
Items must be placed in their proper category. All listings are reviewed and may be declined if they violate policies, pose security risks, or appear fraudulent.
6.2. Inventory Handling
Items remain in your Steam inventory until sold. When an item sells, you must transfer it exactly as instructed. Failure to complete delivery may result in limitations on your account.
6.3. Marketplace Fee
A 10% commission is charged on each completed sale.
6.4. Payouts
You must provide accurate payout information. Identity verification may be required before funds are released.
Payouts are processed by authorised payment partners, not directly by AURAVAULT LTD.
Typical processing time is 3–7 business days following item verification; delays may occur due to compliance checks.
Payouts must fall within the allowed limits (€10 minimum, €5,000 maximum). These limits may change at our discretion.
Funds may be reversed if an item is invalid, delivery fails, or fraudulent activity is detected.
You can view your full payout history in your account dashboard.
Users from restricted territories may be unable to request payouts.
Payout information is handled securely and in accordance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and all applicable regulations.
6.5. Fraud Prevention
All sales and payout activities are continuously monitored for fraud, chargebacks, or regulatory concerns. We may freeze, delay, or cancel payouts if suspicious activity is detected.
7. REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period; however, this does not apply to digital content delivered immediately. By placing an order and receiving digital items instantly, you acknowledge that you waive this right.
Orders can only be cancelled before payment is processed. Contact us immediately at info@csvault.org.
Orders not yet fulfilled may be cancelled or refunded after verification.
Digital items that have already been delivered and accepted through Steam are generally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days for undelivered or unaccepted items.
All refund requests are subject to investigation. Refunds may be declined in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and returned to the original payment method.
We follow all relevant consumer protection laws.
